Job summary

Potter Global Technologies, a leader in life safety solutions, is seeking a Sales Engineer for a hybrid, full-time role with up to 50% travel across the Mid-Atlantic region. You will partner with regional sales managers, deliver demonstrations, provide solution design guidance, and support deployment efforts to secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• At least three years of experience in a related role.
• Proven experience in a technical sales role or engineering support capacity.
• RCDD certification, preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Site surveys and pre-build assessment experience.
• Proficiency with remote troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with RSMs to advance opportunities and align with territory strategy.
• Deliver product demonstrations, webinars, and customer presentations.
• Provide solution design guidance, including architecture discussions.
• Support proposals, specifications, and deployment approaches.
• Offer deployment guidance and manage technical risks for successful outcomes.
• Assist with VOC feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
• Travel up to 50% in the Mid-Atlantic region for customer engagements.
