Job summary

FSS Technologies is seeking a Project Sales Representative to drive revenue through project-based sales of fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems. You will build relationships with commercial clients and guide them from initial contact to project close.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience in life safety or security systems.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with fire alarm codes or security systems preferred.
Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage new clients through networking, referrals, cold calls, and events.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead to close.
Assess client needs and design customized system solutions.
Deliver professional presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
Partner with operations for smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction.
Maintain client relationships and track activities in the CRM.
Stay informed on industry trends and compliance standards.
