Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a Resident Aide for our Concord Reserve community in Westlake, OH. This full-time night shift role provides routine, compassionate care to residents in a supportive team environment.

You will respond promptly to resident needs, assist with daily activities per care plans, and contribute to a calm, respectful atmosphere that enhances well-being and quality of life for residents and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service background required.
• Compassionate and dependable caregiver.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine, daily, quality care.
• Assist with individualized attention per care plan.
• Encourage residents to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Full-Time
