Everon in Virginia seeks a Contract/Preventative Maintenance Agreement Sales Representative to grow recurring service and monitoring sales for life safety systems including fire alarms, sprinklers and security. The role focuses on converting projects into service agreements and building a strong prospecting pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or 3-5 years professional experience in high-volume sales in a fast paced environment.
• Outside sales and cold calling experience
• A proven track record of selling a service that required excellent prospecting ability
• Exceptional customer service, thoroughness and self-motivation
• Must possess good decision making skills, be very organized and detail oriented

Responsabilités

• Grow the business by providing solutions to existing and new client base
• Cold-Calling and making outside sales calls to seek out new business
• Conduct building surveys to develop proposals for customers
• Create proposals for service agreements; test and inspections, preventive maintenance and central station monitoring
• Make sales presentations to customers and management as requested
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of all product lines and services offered
• Review testing & inspections with Service Technicians & Service Managers to quantify repair proposals
• Partner with internal departments to communicate job scopes and relay customer needs
• Attract new customers to our organization and up-sell existing clients
• Assist in marketing initiatives related to sales activities and business plans
• Demonstrate understanding of company services through customer presentations
