Job summary

Sobieski Life Safety, Inc. in Newark, DE is seeking a Life Safety Deficiency Sales Account Representative to lead the sales process for deficiencies identified by Sobieski Life Safety Inspectors, prepare quotes, and coordinate with customers and project teams.

This role requires proactive engagement, meticulous record keeping, regular reporting to management, and site visits to clients as needed. Strong organizational and communication skills and CRM proficiency are important.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in life safety or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to translate inspection findings into proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process for deficiencies identified by Sobieski Life Safety Inspectors.
• Prepare and submit quotes for review and approval.
• Communicate with customers and track quotes.
• Support project handoff after proposals are signed.
• Maintain records and provide regular management reporting.
• Collaborate with other sales divisions and conduct site visits.
