Job summary

National Life Group is seeking a dynamic leader to join its Life New Business leadership team. You will oversee Case Managers across multiple sites, drive operational performance, and deliver exceptional service to customers and distribution partners.

The role emphasizes coaching, process improvements, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with underwriting to meet business needs. Onsite four days weekly with relocation package; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years in Life, Annuity Operations, Financial Services, or related fields.
• Strong leadership, change management, financial acumen, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Case Managers across multiple site locations.
• Develop and implement team goals aligned with departmental and organizational objectives.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Oversee production activities while maintaining high quality customer service, quality, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with underwriting leadership on business needs and process improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with field leadership to understand business needs and priorities.
