MassMutual is seeking a self-starting Life Internal Wholesaler to join the Internal Sales Desk in Springfield, MA. You will support life insurance products, respond to inquiries from brokers and advisors, and provide sales illustrations and materials to help grow our nationwide distribution.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the team to strengthen relationships with distributors, expand financial wellness education, and drive sales while maintaining compliance and service standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years' work experience in financial services
• 1+ years' experience with life insurance clients, broker dealers, captive agents and/or institutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Mansioni

• Consult with clients on pre- and post-sale technical product support
• Respond to inquiries from distributors and advisors on products, designs, and positioning
• Provide sales and marketing materials and sales illustration support
• Build knowledge of life insurance products, riders, concepts and industry trends
• Develop and maintain strong distributor relationships to meet sales goals
