Accenture is seeking an experienced Life Insurance Consulting Manager to lead critical workstreams across Life & Annuity transformation programs. You will translate business objectives into initiatives spanning operations, digital core modernization, workflow redesign, data, and AI, while guiding senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams through execution.

Qualifications

7+ years of consulting, carrier, or transformation experience in Life Insurance/Annuities.
Experience leading business and/or technology workstreams in transformation programs.
Proven ability to identify, shape, sell, and lead consulting engagements with stakeholders.
Hands-on experience in agile environments as Product Owner/Manager.
Foundational knowledge of AI concepts in insurance and compliant implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional workstreams across Life & Annuity transformation programs.
Partner with client leaders to define transformation objectives and roadmaps.
Redesign end-to-end workflows across underwriting, policy administration, servicing, and claims.
Assess AI and automation opportunities to improve performance and customer experience.
Design AI-enabled workflows including roles, orchestration, and controls.
Translate priorities into actionable transformation plans connecting ops, data and AI.
