Accenture is seeking Life Insurance Consulting Managers to lead critical workstreams across complex transformation programs in the Life & Annuity value chain. You will translate business objectives into initiatives spanning operations, digital core modernization, and data, while guiding cross-functional teams through execution.

Ideal candidates have extensive Life Insurance experience, strong consulting foundations, and a track record delivering agile programs with stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting, carrier, or transformation experience within Life Insurance, Annuities, or the broader insurance industry.
• Experience leading business and/or technology workstreams within complex transformation programs.
• Proven ability to identify and lead consulting engagements with stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience delivering programs in agile or iterative environments (Product Owner/Manager).
• Foundational knowledge of AI concepts and their application in insurance, with ability to design AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical business and technology workstreams across Life & Annuity transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
• Define transformation objectives, future-state operating models, and modernization roadmaps with client leaders.
• Redesign end-to-end workflows across underwriting, policy administration, servicing, and operations.
• Explore AI-enabled and agentic workflows to improve performance and customer experience.
• Translate priorities into actionable transformation plans connecting operations, data, and AI.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure compliant and ethical deployment of AI-enabled solutions.
