Qualifications
- 7+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or related areas across the value chain.
- Experience guiding complex transformation, modernization and onboarding initiatives.
- Proven ability to win engagements with strong stakeholder facilitation and problem solving.
- Hands-on agile or iterative delivery, with product owner/manager exposure.
- Foundational knowledge of AI concepts and responsible AI in insurance.
Responsibilities
- Lead life/annuity workstreams from strategy to value realization.
- Define objectives, operating models, and modernization roadmaps with clients.
- Redesign workflows across underwriting, policy admin, servicing, and claims.
- Design AI-enabled workflows and ensure regulatory and ethical compliance.
