Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer experience and strong organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated and committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
• Background, credit check, and drug screen completed.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make daily warm sales calls from a large membership database.
• Engage with members entering branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identify financial needs and explain benefits of Life Insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.
