Qualifications
- Previous life insurance sales experience.
- Active Georgia Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain immediately).
- Property & Casualty License is a plus.
- Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality.
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.
- Passion for helping customers protect their families and financial future.
- Able to thrive in a high-volume appointment setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct multiple customer appointments each day, both virtually and by phone
- Review customers’ insurance needs and recommend life insurance solutions
- Cross-sell life insurance to existing customers
- Build relationships that lead to long-term client retention
- Follow up on leads and referrals
- Work closely with the agency team to provide an outstanding customer experience
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
