Joseph McCain Farmers Insurance in Newport Beach, California, is seeking a Full-Time Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will develop insurance quotes, present to clients, and close sales while building lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate has sales experience, is bilingual (English/Spanish is a plus), and is coachable with a strong customer-service mindset. Base salary plus commission offers a rewarding career path in the financial services industry.

Formación

• Active Life and Health license required.
• Willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Career-minded with a focus on customer service.
• Sales background preferred; bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Cross-sell and upsell financial products to clients.
• Contact businesses and individuals by phone to promote products and referrals.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
