Qualifications

• 2+ years in insurance sales, leadership, field training, or related role.
• Active Life, Health, Property, and Casualty licenses in required states.
• Proven success recruiting, developing, and coaching sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills.
• 80% field time with agents and customers.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain a high-performing team of insurance agents.
• Lead by example through active in-person sales, including door-to-door prospecting and in-home presentations.
• Coach agents through field ride-alongs, providing on-the-spot training.
• Build local presence by networking to recruit talent and generate new business opportunities.
• Drive territory growth by supporting agents in achieving sales goals and expanding customer relationships.
• Monitor agent activity, identify coaching opportunities, and provide performance feedback.
• Conduct field and phone-based business reviews to reinforce compliance and effective sales practices.
• Demonstrate and reinforce use of company technology, sales tools, and processes.
• Support customer needs in territories without agents by personally conducting sales and service activities.
• Partner with District Manager to share insights and improve territory performance.
