Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales, sales leadership, field training, or related role.
• Active Life, Health, Property, and Casualty insurance licenses in required states.
• Proven success recruiting, developing, and coaching sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills.
• Comfortable spending ~80% of time in the field with agents and customers.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and 100k/300k auto liability coverage.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR check, and drug screening.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain a high-performing team of insurance agents.
• Lead in-person sales, door-to-door prospecting, and in-home presentations.
• Coach agents through field ride-alongs and real-time training.
