Job summary

National Life Group is seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide quality after-issue servicing for life insurance and annuity products in Addison, TX. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timely service as you collaborate with producers, policy owners, and home office teams.

The candidate will process policy changes per contract provisions, product specs, and state regulations, while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Analyze policy and after-issue servicing requests reviewing product specs and contract language.
Verify completeness and communicate missing requirements to agents or policy owners.
Order underwriting requirements including medical exams and reports.
Process transactions within established service standards.
Review policy changes, calculate premium and commission impacts, and prepare documentation.
Update systems to complete changes and maintain electronic records.
Support audits and regulatory requirements.
Determine grace period or lapse notifications as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
