Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter resource for Life & Annuity product, inforce, illustration, and policy administration environments.
• Analyze complex business and technology needs, translate into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
• Establish methods and procedures for new or non-routine assignments where precedent is limited.
• Perform impact analysis for product changes, platform upgrades, regulatory requirements, and integrations.
• Exercise independent judgment to resolve complex issues across systems and disciplines.
• Set and manage short-term goals (one year or less) for analysis and delivery.
• Own assigned analysis and delivery activities from discovery through testing.
