AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Life Insurance Sales professional to maximize market penetration and provide sales support for frontline staff. The role involves developing leads from life insureds and coordinating with agents to grow memberships and cross-sell products.

You will stay updated on policy changes, maintain licensure, and build strong relationships with branch teams and sales agents while pursuing annual sales goals and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Requires active Life Insurance license
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• CLU/ChFC/LUTCF designations preferred
• 1+ years life insurance or annuity sales preferred
• Bilingual ability preferred

Responsibilities

• Maximizes life insurance market penetration with current members and insureds.
• Provides life sales support and training on lead development.
• Keeps informed on policy changes and industry developments.
• Develops annual business plan with Life Sales Manager to meet goals.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies.
