- CLU/ChFC/LUTCF designations are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maximize life insurance market penetration with current members; identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide life sales support and training on lead development for frontline staff and agents.
- Stay informed on policy changes and external practices; participate in meetings and training.
- Develop annual business plan with Life Sales Manager to meet goals and drive sales growth.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
