Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring a Field Life Agent in Boynton Beach, FL. You will drive growth by developing leads and selling Life, Health, Annuity, Membership, and Financial Services products, combining consultative sales with strong product knowledge and superior customer service to achieve production goals.

In this role you will collaborate with branch partners to maximize referrals and long-term member satisfaction, while meeting licensing and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Active valid State Life license required to sell Life & Health products.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience soliciting and selling life insurance products.
• Experience selling intangible products and cross-selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and sell Life & Health insurance and Annuity products within branch locations.
• Develop leads through marketing activities and close sales to meet goals.
• Maintain product knowledge and use sound sales practices with customers.
• Complete applications and ensure transactions comply with company policies.
• Collaborate with branch teams to maximize referrals and cross-sell opportunities.
