Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a Field Life Agent to drive growth by building relationships, developing leads, and selling Life, Health, Annuity, Membership, and Financial Services products. You will combine consultative sales with strong product knowledge and exceptional service to uncover needs and close sales.

In this role, you will collaborate with branch partners to maximize referrals and long-term member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Life license is required.
• Licenses in Life and Health are required to sell products.
• A valid State driver’s license is required.
• Strong sales experience with a consultative approach is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and sell Life & Health insurance and Annuity products within the branch with minimal supervision.
• Develop leads through calls, referrals, and events to build new accounts.
• Prepare proposals and close sales of Life, Health, Annuity, Membership, and Financial Services products.
• Achieve stated sales goals and contribute to persistency and growth.
• Assist branch partners to maximize referrals and cross-sell opportunities.
