Qualifications

• 2+ years in insurance sales, leadership, field training, or related role.
• Active Life, Health, Property & Casualty licenses in required states.
• Proven success recruiting, developing, coaching sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills.
• Comfortable spending ~80% of time in the field with agents/customers.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability coverage; background checks required.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain a high-performing team of insurance agents.
• Lead by example with in-person sales and field presentations.
• Coach agents through ride-alongs, training, and development.
• Build local presence through community networking to recruit talent and generate business.
• Drive territory growth by supporting agents in sales goals and customer relationships.
• Monitor agent activity, identify coaching opportunities, and provide performance feedback.
• Conduct field and phone-based reviews to reinforce compliance and sales practices.
• Demonstrate company technology and sales tools in daily use.
• Support customer needs in unassigned territories by direct sales/service.
• Partner with District Manager to share insights and improve territory performance.
