Job summary

Qualifications

Active Life, Health, Property, and Casualty licenses in required states.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or related roles.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, train, and retain a high-performing team of insurance agents.
Lead in-person sales including door-to-door prospecting and in-home presentations.
Coach agents through field ride-alongs, providing real-time sales training.
Build a strong local presence by networking within the community to recruit talent and generate new business opportunities.
Drive territory growth by supporting agents in achieving sales goals and expanding customer relationships.
Monitor agent activity, identify coaching opportunities, and provide performance feedback to improve results.
Conduct field and phone-based business reviews to reinforce compliance, customer engagement, and effective sales practices.
Demonstrate and reinforce the use of company technology, sales tools, and business processes.
