High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managed sales professionals who excel independently and are committed to high-performance sales in the insurance industry.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate financial results.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step of the process.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Individuals who are not coachable or have a large ego that impedes growth.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with an average client payment over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom, across the US.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are expanding our team and looking for more dedicated agents.
