High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Performers

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. If you are independent and driven, this opportunity is for you.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need constant hand-holding.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require ongoing motivation and support at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Individuals who are uncoachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak effectively and confidently.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium products, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated individuals ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with premier lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. Our business is conducted entirely through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom).

Average agents invest between $1,000 and $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
