Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.
Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.
Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding.
Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).
Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.
Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively articulate the value of our products.
Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our clients typically pay over $250/month.
Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).
We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.
Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.
We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are currently looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
We do not engage in lead assist programs, and we expect our agents to be proactive and independent.
