High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managed sales professionals who excel independently and do not require hand-holding.

Who We ARE NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money out of desperation.

• Agents who cannot afford their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require constant guidance at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with strong communication skills.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are simply looking to expand our team of high-performing agents.
