High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need urgent income and are desperate for money

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales

• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding

• Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month)

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients

• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom across the US.

Our average agent invests between $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not offer lead assist programs. We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
