Role Description

This full-time, on-site Life Health Insurance Agent role is based in Spokane, WA. The agent will meet with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs, present suitable life and health insurance options, and explain policy features, benefits, and costs in clear terms. Responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, managing leads, conducting consultations, preparing quotes, and assisting clients with applications, underwriting requirements, and policy servicing. The role involves educating clients on coverage such as life insurance, supplemental health insurance, and Medicare-related options, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards. The agent will collaborate with team members, participate in ongoing training, and work toward production goals and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage to support clients in selecting appropriate coverage.
• Understanding of Health Insurance products and the ability to explain benefits and limitations clearly.
• Familiarity with Medicare programs and related insurance options to guide eligible clients effectively.
• Strong Communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• State insurance license (or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe).
• Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to meet sales targets ethically and responsibly.
• Comfort with using basic digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads, client information, and follow-ups.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is an asset.
