Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and customer service support to the Life & Health team.
• Assist Account Managers and Producers with servicing client accounts.
• Process policy changes, applications, enrollments, and other client service requests.
• Communicate with clients and carriers to obtain information and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, renewals, and other client materials.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information within agency systems.
• Help respond to client questions and ensure requests are handled promptly.
• Assist with billing, policy documentation, and other account-related needs.
• Learn carrier systems, agency procedures, and Life & Health products.
• Provide exceptional customer service while developing relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
