U.S. Bank is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate operational activities across assigned areas and regions.

You will ensure quality service and effective operations support for internal and external customers, guiding staff to deliver results and maintain compliance with policies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 3–5 years of operations experience, strong organizational and project management skills, and a solid understanding of banking operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years of operations-related experience
• Thorough knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area
• Strong organizational, managerial and project management skills
• Well-developed customer relations skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Thorough knowledge of banking operations and human resources

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate the operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions.
• Ensure quality service and effective operations support for all customers.
• Accomplishes results through the effective management of staff that may range from lower level non-exempt through exempt level professionals.
• Participates in review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures affecting assigned units.
