Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purpose-filled moments for residents with memory loss. You will develop Life Skills programs, lead activities, and tailor experiences to individual abilities, with emphasis on dignity and connection.

Role requires memory-care experience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt activities to cognitive levels, plus leadership of groups and volunteers. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience leading group activities preferred

Pay Range:

13.50 - 16.88
