Sunrise Senior Living in Beverly Hills, CA seeks a Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful moments for residents with memory loss. You will develop personalized Life Skills experiences and engage residents daily with meaningful, familiar routines.

The role requires 1+ year experience with memory-impaired seniors, a high school diploma, and strong communication and organizational skills. Opportunities for growth and a supportive team are offered.

• 1+ year experience with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to tailor activities to cognitive abilities.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement Life Skills based on resident interests.

• Assist residents to and from programs and activities

You help residents experience purpose, connection, and dignity through structured, resident-centered programming.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Pay Range:

17.00 - 21.25
