Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful moments for residents living with memory loss, offering Life Skills experiences tailored to interests and abilities. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs and resident profiles to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.

Pay Range: 15.00 - 18.80

You help residents experience purpose, connection, and dignity through structured, resident-centered programming.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
