Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Utah is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful moments for residents living with memory loss. You will develop individualized Life Skills programs, engage residents in familiar routines, and lead enrichment activities that foster dignity and connection.

Qualifications include 1+ year experience with memory-impaired seniors and a High School Diploma or GED. The role offers hourly pay from $15.00 to $18.80 plus benefits and growth opportunities.

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographics to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities
