Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to craft personalized Life Skills experiences for residents, including those living with memory loss. You will design meaningful activities, foster purpose and dignity, and lead resident-centered programs daily.

You will collaborate with teammates and volunteers, adapt activities to cognitive abilities, and ensure safety and quality standards while encouraging engagement and social connection across the community.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities
