Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a creative and purpose-driven Life Enrichment Director to design and lead programs that enhance residents’ daily lives. This leadership role focuses on connection, engagement, and well‑being across physical, emotional, social, and intellectual dimensions.

You’ll build a vibrant activity calendar, mentor staff, coordinate with families, and ensure programs meet state regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Gerontology, Recreational Therapy, or related field.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in senior living or healthcare.
• Ability to design and implement engaging programming for seniors.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of state regulations related to life enrichment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Genuine passion for improving the lives of senior adults.

• Lead, mentor, and schedule life enrichment associates.
• Plan and facilitate activities, events, outings, and community partnerships.

• Ensure programs comply with state regulations and company standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
