This leadership role focuses on connection, engagement, and well-being across physical, emotional, social, and intellectual domains. You will own program strategy and mentor a dedicated team, collaborating with culinary, clinical, and operations colleagues to create vibrant community life.

• Manage department budget and resources responsibly.
• Ensure programs comply with state regulations and company standards.
• Partner with families to encourage involvement and connection.
• Promote a person-centered approach to engagement.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology, Recreational Therapy, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of leadership experience (senior living or healthcare preferred)
• Proven ability to design and implement engaging programming
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Working knowledge of state regulations related to life enrichment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software systems
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Genuine passion for improving the lives of senior adults
