Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a creative and purpose-driven Life Enrichment Director to design meaningful programs that enhance residents' daily lives. This leadership role focuses on connections, engagement, and creating moments that matter for seniors in our care.

You will lead a team, plan activities and partnerships, and ensure programs meet state regulations. A passion for improving senior lives and a collaborative spirit are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Gerontology, Recreational Therapy, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in senior living or healthcare.
• Proven ability to design and implement engaging programming.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of state regulations related to life enrichment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Genuine passion for improving the lives of senior adults.

• Lead, mentor, and schedule life enrichment associates.

• Ensure programs comply with state regulations and company standards.
• Partner with families to encourage involvement and connection.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
