Job summary

The Claiborne at West Cobb, part of Claiborne Senior Living, seeks a compassionate Life Enrichment Assistant to create engaging programs and meaningful daily experiences for residents.

You will support the Life Enrichment Director in delivering activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being, working in a collaborative team focused on resident engagement and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lead small group activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and dependable with strong follow-through.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and leading group activities, events, and outings.
• Support resident participation and encourage engagement.
• Help prepare activity spaces and materials.
• Document participation and assist with reporting as needed.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
• Partner with other departments to support community-wide events.
