Job summary

Sonida Senior Living's Summit Point community seeks a Life Enrichment Coordinator to engage residents, coordinate meaningful activities, and collaborate with staff to enhance daily living. The role focuses on enriching lives, promoting independence, and upholding residents' preferences within approved service plans.

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
