Riverbend, a Sonida Senior Living community in Jeffersonville, IN, is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to enhance residents' quality of life through engaging activities and programs.

You will collaborate with residents, families, and staff to promote wellbeing, independence, and social interaction, while ensuring safety and adherence to service plans. The role emphasizes compassionate care, excellent customer service, and teamwork in a supportive senior living environment.

• Attend in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver engaging activities.

Life Enrichment Coordinator Responsibilities Include

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
