Summit Point, a Sonida Senior Living community in Macedonia, OH, is seeking a part-time team member to provide exceptional customer service and compassionate care to our senior residents.

You will interact with residents, families and staff, support independent recreation, uphold residents’ rights, and participate in mandatory training and in-service education. We offer a competitive wage and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsabilidades

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
