The Shores of Lake Phalen, a Sonida Senior Living community in Maplewood, MN, is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to enhance resident well-being through engaging activities and social programs.

You will interact with residents, families and staff in a respectful manner, support independent recreation, and help ensure safety and personal choice within care plans.

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.
• Ensure that residents are free from physical, verbal, and sexual abuse.
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State, and Federal guidelines.
