Job summary

The Shores of Lake Phalen, a Sonida Senior Living community in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking a Wellness Director to lead nurse-driven care and oversee health-related services. Qualified candidates are licensed or registered nurses with 3–5 years in-home health or geriatric nursing and 2–4 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care and oversight of all health-related services.
• Manages, coordinates and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.
• Establishes working relationship with health care professionals in the community to include interactions with the Residents’ health care providers.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Wage: $95,000 - $110,000
