Riverbend, a Sonida Senior Living community in Jeffersonville, IN, is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to enrich resident life through personalized recreation and engagement.

You will interact with residents and families, support independent recreation, and participate in in-service education to uphold our care standards. We offer flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents, families, staff, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful manner.

• Support resident independence in recreation based on individual preferences.
• Ensure residents' rights to make personal choices in line with service plans.
• Attend in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
