Job summary

Waterford at Mansfield, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a compassionate Nursing Aide to support residents with daily activities and medication assistance. You will help with meals, mobility, and monitoring, while promoting independence and dignity in a respectful, resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and medication assistance.
• Escort residents within the building and outside as needed.
• Set up and serve meals and assist with cleanup.

Nursing Aid Responsibilities Include

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards
• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.
