The Waterford at Mansfield, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a Wellness Director to oversee resident care and health services in our assisted living and memory care settings. You will ensure policy adherence and coordinate care with health professionals.

Qualified candidates are licensed or registered nurses with 3–5 years in-home/geriatric nursing and 2–4 years of supervisory experience. This role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Licensed or Registered Nurse with current license to practice in Ohio.
• Minimum 3–5 years in-home health or geriatric nursing in a similar leadership role.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to resident care and oversight of all health-related services.
• Manages, coordinates and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.
• Establishes working relationships with health care professionals in the community and with Residents’ health care providers.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Wellness Director Responsibilities include:

• Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care and oversight of all health-related services.

• Establishes working relationship with health care professionals in the community to include interactions with the Residents’ health care providers.


• Manages, coordinates, and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.


• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Licensed or Registered Nurse with a minimum of at least three to five years in-home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position.


• A minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience required.
