The Woodlands of Hamilton is seeking a dedicated staff member to assist and care for our senior residents in a supportive environment. This role emphasizes compassionate interaction, resident safety, and engagement in personalized recreation, aligned with each resident's service plan.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
