Job summary

CountryHouse Lincoln III is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to design engaging activities and events for residents. You’ll lead themed activities, exercise sessions, outings, and celebrations, tailoring experiences to individual interests and life stories.

You’ll work closely with care and dining teams to foster a warm, inclusive community. The role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends and a valid driver’s license to support transportation needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to plan and execute engaging events and outings.
• Reliable, creative, and able to manage multiple activities.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; willing to drive a community van.

Life Enrichment Coordinator – Full-Time

Whether you're planning a themed party, leading an exercise class, organizing an outing, or simply spending time getting to know residents, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference every single day.

What You'll Do

Create Unforgettable Experiences – Plan and lead engaging activities, events, games, entertainment, and celebrations that encourage connection and fun.

Build Meaningful Relationships – Get to know each resident's interests, hobbies, and life story to create personalized experiences they'll love.

Plan Community Adventures – Coordinate outings, scenic drives, volunteer opportunities, and special events that keep residents active and engaged.

Make Every Day Special – Find creative ways to celebrate birthdays, holidays, milestones, and everyday moments.

Be a Team Player – Work alongside care, dining, and leadership teams to create a warm, welcoming environment throughout the community.

Share the Fun – Capture special moments through photos and social media while celebrating life inside the community.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for enriching the lives of older adults.
• Positive, outgoing, and creative personality.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple activities and events.
• Comfortable driving a community passenger van (training provided).
• Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends for special events.

Additional Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than two violations within the past year).
